Presenter Guidelines for ANC 2G Meetings
Thank you for your interest in presenting at an ANC 2G meeting. Commissioners and community members value your contributions and look forward to hearing from you. To ensure a smooth and productive meeting, please adhere to the following guidelines:
Agenda Submission
Agenda items must be submitted no later than one week prior to the meeting date.
Items received after the deadline will be scheduled for the following month’s agenda.
Presentation Time
Presenters will have five to ten minutes to speak, depending on the topic.
Materials for Commissioners and the Community
Handouts are strongly encouraged to support transparency and discussion.
Examples of helpful materials include:
A memo or brief summarizing your topic.
A clear outline of what you are asking the Commission to vote on, its impact, and key considerations.
Any supporting documents that provide additional context or information.
Email all materials to the Commissioners at least one week before the meeting to allow for review and preparation.
Materials shared with Commissioners will be posted on the ANC 2G website to ensure public access and transparency.
Key Notes for Presenters
Arrive on time and be ready to present during your scheduled agenda slot.
Keep presentations clear, concise, and focused on the most important details.
