ALEXANDER M. PADRO

Alexander M. Padro is in his 11th term as an Advisory Neighborhood Commissioner serving central Shaw. Padro currently serves as ANC 2G’s Commission chair and ABC Licensing Committee chair. He served on ANC 2C (2001-2013) and 6E (2013-2021) and was chair and vice chair several times.  His over two decades of leadership on historic preservation, commercial revitalization, affordable housing, libraries, schools, parks, recreation facilities, the arts and infrastructure has led to a better quality of life for all Shaw residents.
